LISD Volunteer Applications expire after 3 years. Most applications will need to be re-checked this year.
Once information is submitted for the criminal history check, it usually takes 10 days for the Texas Department of Public Safety to return information and for the volunteer's name to appear on the approved list. After the 10-day period, the applicant is eligible to volunteer unless otherwise notified. |
